After completing her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree and Diploma in International Business, Carla sought a career path that provided dynamic and challenging opportunities where she could apply her analytical and interpersonal skills - this lead directly towards Association Management with Managing Matters Inc.

With professionalism and a positive attitude, Carla thrives to provide excellence in administrative support and council with every client she oversees. Carla has extensive experience in property management and customer service, as well as employee training and leading teams.  During her studies, Carla received the Business Writing Award from the University of Guelph for proficient skills in business writing, and also co-founded an Environmental Action and Awareness group which actively contributed to several sustainability initiatives in the GTA.
