Membership Management

The membership continuum is one of the most important activities that any association has.  From the moment the member applies for membership to the time when they have to renew, the steps to ensure that the member's record is up-to-date are crutial.

We will manage every step along the way in the membership continuum, including:

  • The application process
  • Welcome letter/ communication
  • Membership benefit communications
  • Membership renewals

Our membership team will ensure the association database is up-to-date and accurate and provide any reporting required.  We will also provide any important information to suppliers, stakeholders and represent the association at industry-related events, as well as act as a liaison between stakeholders.
