The contract role of Event Planner, reporting to the Event Strategist and Team Lead, will be responsible for working with other members of our Event and Client Service Teams in managing various aspects of our National Association clients’ virtual and in person events operations as identified respectively. Among many, responsibilities include collaboration with internal client team members, managing and overseeing event budgets, critical paths, virtual platforms. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for the successful management of overall attendee, speaker, sponsor and exhibitor registration/engagement. To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who is proactive, applies critical thinking, and is multi-faceted and resourceful in their approach to event management.
