MARKETING SPECIALIST

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and communications strategies for our clients. Our ideal candidate has experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch and implementing new tactics based on analytics that support the goals of the client.  You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with client teams to implement marketing strategies that support client goals 

  • Develop, own, implement and measure online and offline marketing plans

  • Plan and manage social media channels 

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional support

  • Implement new, innovative marketing campaigns that make an impact

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

  • Creating and leading email marketing campaigns and content

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years marketing experience

  • Proven experience creating and implementing paid and organic social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and lead generation

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

  • Superior attention to detail 

  • Experience working with association and not-for-profits is preferred but not necessary
