Ejona Balashi, PCM, SFC
Ejona has spent over a decade in the non-for-profit sector, holding executive roles in membership, marketing, sales and strategy. She deeply believes in the social power that associations have to create strong communities and is passionate about using her skill set and experience to help them do just that. Some of her proudest achievements involve restructuring the offerings of an organization to set them up for financial health, introducing new membership types and capturing new markets. She is proud to have taken an association’s membership past the 10,000 members mark and is eager to help other associations do the same.
Ejona holds an Honors B.A. in Public Policy and International Political Economy from the University of Toronto, along with multiple certificates in Project Management, Agile SCRUM, Digital and Content Marketing. She is a believer in life long learning and leveraging that knowledge to help MM clients thrive.
When she is not working, she is reading, running and indulging her love of everything sci-fi.
