Jarvis is a visionary Executive Director who puts relationships first. Jarvis has been working as an Executive Director and Manager in the non-profit industry for over 12 years.  Prior to that he was a Director of various children and youth outdoor and educational operations for an additional 10 years.

Jarvis has an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo. Jarvis thrives on challenges that utilize his strong strategic planning skills, relationship management and membership development skills, revenue and brand development experience, and inclusive leadership style.

When not working, you can find Jarvis volunteering or playing outside with his daughters.
