Jodi Naftel

Event Manager

Jodi is a passionate and organized event management professional with over 12 years’ experience working various roles in the meetings, events and incentive travel industry.

A graduate from Humber College with honours in Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism Management, Jodi has developed over a decade of strong Event Management experience.  Jodi has worked for multiple marketing companies in operations and project coordination before pivoting to planning and managing international and domestic meetings, events and incentive travel programs from conception to execution at an event management agency. This experience encouraged her to pursue the Lead Organizer role at Toronto Miracle, a grassroots volunteer food drive initiative held during the global pandemic.

Jodi is eager to accept new challenges, motivated by the desire to design memorable experiences and loves connecting with and creating joy in others.  Jodi’s wanderlust has taken her on global adventures from Europe to Aruba to South Africa and Australia. . Her passion for exploring and travelling the world is balanced by relaxing at her cottages, hiking, snowboarding, attending concerts and spending quality time with family and friends.
