Rudi is an expert in the field of business transformation and non-profit leadership having successfully launched and built one of the largest social enterprises in Canada. A graduate of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool, as well as holding two other professional degrees, Rudi is a lifelong learner who has dedicated his life to helping people and making an impact.

Rudi is a motivated professional with an aptitude for innovation, growth and creative problem solving. Accustomed to the rigors of fast-paced, highly regulated environments requiring sharp attention to detail, consummate accuracy, and outstanding communication skills, he thrives in instilling a culture of shared leadership and learning.

When Rudi is not busy at work he loves sports, including running, hockey and football. He also gets to be a dad of three great kids, which usually gives him an opportunity to be a kid himself.
