Pearl is a professional, dedicated and experienced team leader of the accounting team. She provides budgeting, cash flow forecast and monthly financial analysis for our clients. Clients love her financial analysis since it provides insights to the organization’s financial performance of each activity and helps with making improvements financially. Her competencies in management accounting and internal control also enable her to optimize the accounting process to achieve our clients’ financial goals. Pearl is a current CPA student in the PACE level. She loves developing her competencies through her current role and discussing with external auditors on various accounting issues. She believes that it is a good thing for accounting professionals to be scrupulous.
